Rupali Parekar, a seasoned IT professional with 25 years of experience, has excelled in diverse roles such as Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Head of Delivery, and now Founder & CEO of Objective Solutions. Her extensive expertise spans Clinical Trials Systems Design and Development, Healthcare Technologies, and Data Analysis, making her a key innovator in these fields.
A notable achievement is her pivotal role in conceptualizing and architecting ImproWise, a leading SaaS-based platform for end-to-end Clinical Trials Management. Rupali’s vision made the platform completely configurable, database-driven, secure, and flexible, addressing complex clinical trial needs. Under her leadership, ImproWise has set a new industry standard and is widely accepted by major companies in the US, UK, EU, Israel, and India for streamlining clinical processes.
Her expertise extends to architecting a Clinical Data Management platform, used by CROs, trial sites, and hospitals, significantly reducing Go-To-Market time.
Rupali has also developed technologies for the broader Healthcare ecosystem, working across industries like Insurance, FMCG, Logistics, Energy, CRM, etc. Her ability to translate business and technical concepts into actionable solutions has been critical to her success.

Dr. Maria M Mendonca
Director

Dr. Mendonca is the Founder of CORE OBJECTIVE Solutions and has over 26 years of diverse experience in the Healthcare Services domain, specializing in Clinical Data Management and healthcare system consulting.
In her role at CORE OBJECTIVE Solutions, she is instrumental in service operations and serves as a domain expert and mentor for Clinical Notes, Medical Summaries, Plan of Care, and Clinical Documentation Audits, among others. Her deep understanding of clinical workflows enables her to optimize processes that enhance data accuracy and compliance.
As a highly passionate healthcare professional, Dr. Mendonca also serves as the Director of Physical Therapy at ACE PT in Alexandria, Virginia, where she collaborates with physicians and other healthcare providers across the United States.
With over a decade of experience as a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO), she ensures her facility adheres to insurance requirements, federal, and state regulations. Dr. Mendonca actively participates in staff training, policy updates, and MIPS participation programs to promote a culture of compliance and excellence in clinical practice.
She believes in identifying and addressing the root causes of issues rather than merely treating symptoms. Dr. Mendonca has advanced training and hands-on experience in treatment areas, including spine care, extremities, joint manipulations, mobilization, trigger point dry needling, manual therapy, Graston technique soft tissue release, and myofascial release.
Dr. Mendonca holds a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from a reputed university and is committed to clinical excellence through ongoing professional education. She returned to school to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Shenandoah University in 2014. Since then, she has achieved certifications as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Dry Needling Specialist (CDN), and Certified Compliance Officer (CPCO), and received her Board Orthopedic Specialist certification (OCS) in 2017. She is currently pursuing certifications in TMJ and Women’s Health.
